The Walk
for Hope is a reminder of the things that matter most in life. The
purpose of the entire event is to spread more love in the world. The
entire 3.5 kilometer route (2.2 miles) is decorated with inspiring
quotes, all of them hand-made. You can also expect to find activity
stations along the walk route.
The Walk for Hope is free, there is no registration fee. The entire
Walk for Hope is our gift to the community.
According to Amnesty International, Over 70,000 people are believed to have

government-backed Janjawid militia. Read More»
The Orange County Peace Coalition is a
broad-based group of diverse individuals and organizations (See List of Coalition Partners).
We
are multi-ethnic, multi-religious, multi-political volunteers united
for peace. We’ve come together because national leaders are propelling
the United States into a war that will destabilize the world and
threaten our civil liberties.
We refuse to be a party to war.
We refuse to give up our right to our hard
won civil liberties, our right to question and dissent.
How about you?
We,
the people, are not yet powerless. If you are willing to resist the
machinery of war and repression already in motion—please join us. Our
coalition may be the vehicle of empowerment you have been seeking. Click here to see how you can get involved.
